A Little Better

I did ten minutes with no breaks on the bike today at 12-13 mph for 2 miles. Felt pretty good, and I'm going to try to do that again tomorrow.

Ten minutes with no breaks is great, a good base to start with, and build on. I think with all the problems you have had with illness, that you are doing such a good job sticking with this!

thanks girls! i was getting a little mad and discouraged because i WAS at 20 min no breaks before i got bronchitis for two weeks, and then fell down the stairs at the peoria house, and had to go to that rotten house twice in a week and a half and so thoroughly depleted myself....anyway. what i meant to say really was THANKS!

that was bronchitis for 6 weeks, not two. blah blah blah.
