40 minutes of strength workout and stretching, 20 minutes of running in place.
Several things kept me from running outside today, so I decided to run in place. I also thought running in place would be good since it's almost all calves, and I did the exercise bike yesterday which is almost all thighs.

I would say to run up and down your stairs on cold or rainy day, however I don't know if that is a good idea for pregnant women.
Renae said running up and down stairs was one of her favorite pregnancy workouts, so I think it's safe ;)
