Okay, my back/hip/leg is really giving me fits lately, so I laid off of working out for a bit to see if that would help, since working out seemed to be making things worse. I tried to do abs today, but couldn't finish the 10 minute set. Not my back, but my hip and leg (the whole leg) were freaking killing me after eight minutes. I'm thinking this is because of the broken leg, and perhaps I need physical therapy for it after all. *sigh*

Have you tried yoga yet? Yoga pulled out my shoulder pain that I was having for about a month. I would recommend going to a class if you do try it ;)
nope, i haven't done any yoga. everything i've done, including all the stretches/strength exercises i learned while in physical therapy for my back after jonni was born, is only making things lots worse, so i'm going to the doc on this one. i have an appt next thursday. thanks for the thought though!
