Okay, I am tired of tight jeans and being the last person up all of the hills! I've said it and not done it before. I mean it to stick this time!! I'm hoping for 15 lbs down by the end of March. Okay girls help me to stick with it!
Last week I did the hills on Tuesday, I biked on Thursday and I ran my stairs on Saturday.
Today I did the hill route all 7 miles of booty kicking hills. I've got to get back with the program sisters!

I gained back 5 lbs in the last 2 months, so I'm right there with you trying to lose that "winter fat". Grrrr at back peddling!
