Monday Exercise Bike + Strength (arms+abs) 40 minutes

I was so busy last week! I'm trying to get back up to 5 workouts this week.

i think you are doing awesome! sorry i dropped of the grid. john an di went on vacation for our anniversary, adn when we got back our internet was all screwed up because of the storms. just got it back today. and i haven't been working out because i sprained my ankle. *shakes fist* keep it up, i need to live vicariously! lol!
