Okay, so I've been totally and completely failing on my diet, AND I missed my run yesterday due to insomnia. But today is a new day. It's all about the getting back up again and again and again, right?
So in an effort to partially make up for yesterday's missed run, I tacked an extra fourth onto my usual Wednesday bike in the basement. So that is 50 minutes of you know what on that thing DONE.
