Monday

I did Jillian Ripped in 30 week 3, just to keep it different, plus I didn't have the time for the kettlebell routine today. Jillian is shorter, but more intense. I think I might check out her kettlebell routine.

i think it is SO great that you have found a way to incorporate a weight routine into your exercise! i am so totally going to try jillian out after i've gotten a few weeks of cardio under my belt. :D

All the ladies on my LDS runner's group talk about kettlebells but I'm not sure I want to try it yet though. I definitely like JM for intensity though.
