Thursday:  I did Kettle Bell Boot Camp, the whole thing.  I'm not nearly as sore this time, or maybe it hasn't set in yet?  Too bad, I like it when I'm sore.  I know I worked hard.
Friday:  I ran with the group.  5.5 miles
