Sooooooo, where was I?
Last Friday I did some stuff on my yoga ball. Man oh man, I forgot how HARD all that was! I worked up a huge sweat, but I don't know how long I did it for. It felt like an eternity, but it probably wasn't that long.
Today I did 27 minutes on the machine. Felt good. Lots of stupid stuff going on in my life right now, and my therapist wants me to start connecting my workouts with my emotions and stress. I tried to do that today, and to my surprise, I enjoyed the workout. Usually, they are torture, but I enjoyed it today, lol! So there may be something to that. :D
