I did Gillian today, 25 min level 1 of 30 day shred. And she TOTALLY kicked my butt. However, I did way way better than I ever have before, so that's really cool. I have no idea where that came from, but I'll sure take it!

JM gets easier the longer you do it. I think that's true of most workouts though. I also added weight gradually when I switched to more weights. Maybe try going up to 5 for 1/2 of the workout? I'm a total zombie today (thursday) so I'll probably have to make today a rest day :P
