Monday JM 30 day shred workout 1 (25 minutes)
With 10 lb free weights. I did not realize how much caulking for an hour can work your arms/shoulders/neck muscles (the kids broke a window yesterday). My muscles were pretty mad about this workout, but I pushed through. I'm glad tomorrow is a run day though!
