Wednesday JM Level 2 (25 minutes)

I used 10 lb free weights for the first two sets, and then I moved to 5 lb free weights for the last set. The burn on my stomach did not seem bothered at all this time!

ETA- I'm trying a 3 good meals a day with a fruit or veggie for snacks only "diet" this week to see if I can take off some of  the baby weight.
