Friday Lifting/Bodyweight Training (30 minutes)
Skipped abs. 3 sets of 10 pull ups, 3 sets of 10 push ups. Dead lifts/sumo dead lifts with 180lbs. Bicep curls at the end with 20 lb weight. I think my windpipe is bruised, and I felt tired and crappy all day too. Left knee really stiff today as well.
