Women's class first- practiced breakfalls from front, side, and back. Also, practiced blocking a punch to a bear hug to a sag drop fall.
Wrestling class- Wrist control to bear hug to cradle take down. Bear hug to arm grab to peterson roll type roll. Bear hug to bulldog takedown from behind.
Jiu jitsu class- "purse grab" ground defense to knee reap. Purse grab defense to outside knee reap. Plus 30 minutes of hard rolling.
