Tuesday MA Classes (3 hours)

Wrestling class- worked single leg defense to sit back or (front roll). Also worked single leg defense to spladle shoulder pin.

Grappling class- Worked peterson roll to knee bar, heel hook, leg lace, or achilles lock. Worked cut back leg scissor to sit down to trapping both legs. Nh and I killed it with drilling the cutback! Other people couldn't work it right, but we nailed it.
