Women's class- elbow block, to body lock, to pressure into them driving for either wall slam or them pushing back into you for a step aside take down.
Wrestling class- worked a lot on sprawls on top of shooting (for a takedown). Also worked on when someone has you in bear hug from the back, thrust out with your hip and lean back with your shoulder, but widen your legs for base, at the same time push down with both hands on there one hand.
Advanced nogi- worked on shooting imanari rolls to between the legs for a take down straight to saddle, or saddle takedown.
