Friday Lifting/Bodyweight Training (1 hour)
Increased to 120 for hip thrusts and to 180ish for dead lifts and sumo dead lifts. Also did sumo and reg dead lifts seperately- seemed to work much better. Skipped single leg romanian dead lifts and alternated front squats with a 25 lb plate in front with the hip thrusts for the warmup to the dead lifts. Skipped 2nd set of push ups and pull ups, also skipped hand weights, abs, and yoga.
