Sunday Lifting/Bodyweight Training (70 minutes)
Skipped rolls. Still seperating regular DL's and sumo DL's and it's so much easier on my back and hips. Also, doing front squats with 20 lbs weight alternated with hip thrusts instead of Single Leg RDL's. Did abs and hand weights for the first time in awhile.
