Saturday Running (30 minutes)
On the cross country trail. Muddy, raining. Hit two big hills before my left ankle started acting up again.

Friday Lifting/Bodyweight Training (1 hour)
Skipped abs and rolls (because I did a crap ton of rolls last night). Still really sore from the last two days of overdoing it. Also- 2 hours swimming with the kids.

Thursday MA Classes (3 hours)
Women's class first- practiced breakfalls from front, side, and back. Also, practiced blocking a punch to a bear hug to a sag drop fall.
Wrestling class- Wrist control to bear hug to cradle take down. Bear hug to arm grab to peterson roll type roll. Bear hug to bulldog takedown from behind.
Jiu jitsu class- "purse grab" ground defense to knee reap. Purse grab defense to outside knee reap. Plus 30 minutes of hard rolling.

Got caught in the rain the last 10 minutes of the run, but good run other than that.
