Running Report-I ran for a mile before I remembered I had just wanted to do sprints today! So, I did the sprints anyway (4 of them) with walking I did almost 3 miles total. I was mostly walking the BIG hills and then sprinting on the flats or small hills. I was so hot today! I think summer running will be ok. It's harder than when it's cold, but still has almost all of the same benefits.

Good for you! I wish I thought summer running was okay! I much prefer winter for running purposes, but that's about it.
