I ran for 1/2 mile again (but on hills this time) before my foot told me it was not done healing yet. Soon, I can feel it! I walked for another 1 1/2 miles on some big hills. It still felt really good to run, and I got the "runner's high". I think once my house is put back together I need to get back into some serious strength training. I feel weaker already after only three weeks of no STing. I need to swim too!
