Saturday Yoga 50 minutes

I love yoga for tension release!

I wanted to go running today, but I've been exposed to a ton of dust over the last couple days and it has made me feel really tired and run down.

Goal for next week- exercise 5 times!

Wow! You ran for an hour? You are really coming along! When do you want to start running with Team Alton? You'd love it! I promise you could keep up with Judy's group. 5 o'clock at Nautilus, Tuesday, Thursdays & Saturdays. Well Saturdays you can show up at 5, 6, 7, 8, or sometimes even 9, and you should find someone to run with. Tuesdays & Thursdays the route is 6 miles long. There are several places that you could park along the route if you didn't want to run the entire thing. But I think you could do it. Let me know if you are interested. We are always welcoming new-commers. If you want to come, just let me know, and I'll be sure to be there to introduce you to everybody.

Oooh, 5am is a little early for me. I still nurse Sorsha at 4am, and that tends to wear me out. Give me another 6 months to be that hard core and to be done nursing!
