Wednesday Exercise Bike + Strength Workout (50 minutes)

Exercise bike- 25 minutes
Abs- 15 minutes (standing abs, plus floor work with 200 crunches)
Arms- 10 minutes (with 10 lb free weight)

I also did the initial test for the 100 push ups program (6 week program). I could only do 5 in a row, so obviously I need to work on this! I will be starting the program on Monday.
