Friday JM 30 Day Shred Workout 1 (25 minutes)

With 10 lb free weights. Finally! and Ouch! I did better than I thought I would too. I got 7 "real" push ups total before I had to switch to the knee push ups. I can't remember the last time I worked out so hard I was still shaking 10 minutes later.

so, what you're saying is your very first jillian workout in 8 weeks, since you GAVE BIRTH, and you did it with 10 pound weights. if i wasn't so excited for you, i'd totally hate you. ;)

Well, I did give birth to a baby who was almost 10 lbs, and has just been getting bigger since then. He also refuses to be put down without screaming bloody murder! ;)
