I got to run today! During the day! I'm doing a babysitting exchange with a gal who lives 6 blocks down the street (and has younger kids about the same age as mine). I bought some gel insoles and they improved my time by 2 minutes total, which is awesome for me to jump time that fast. I'm a slow runner in general.
Also- another cranky baby day! Blargh ;)
ETA- I'm hoping to do JM tomorrow as my shoulder was still twinging today! I really need to get started because everything from below my chest to my crotch feels like a giant sponge (despite losing the baby weight so quickly). I know JM will help with the "sponge" feeling.
