I missed working out yesterday because I woke up with a headache that just got worse as the day went on. The night before had been a rough one with T. I blame that. I almost did not work out today because of a shoulder and elbow ache. I used the workout 2 instead because I remembered it did not have as many push ups, and push ups can irritate my elbows sometimes. Yay for working out even though this week feels like a marathon (almost done!).
