Mostly working on technique- on belly down get a shoulder in with your arm way underneath to granby out from belly down with an opponent on top. Also- become the wedge to their rectangle. Wedge your body in there. Also- get a foot behind their back with a heel hook trapped to kick their arm from behind. Drilled hip throws with the twins also.
Also- 20 minutes of rolling with the twins. Got them both with a kimura from side closed guard position.
