I started out walking up and down the stairs. I usually did this for 40 minutes. (That was my typical pregnancy workout.) Once I was up to running up and down the stairs, I'd try running for 20-30 minutes, with breaks in there, when you need them. I never could keep up a running pace for that long to start off with, just work up to it.
