I'm not sure how much aerobic activity I actually got in today. I went to a Turbo Kick class at church, but today was a lot of showing the moves (for an hour and a half). Then I came home and did my standard strength workout.

Yes! I need to ask how long it's going to run, or what, but for now I'm going to enjoy it.
