Vacations over
Things have been way too busy for the last couple of weeks for me to make it to the gym on a regular basis. Yes, I have admittedly been very bad. But I did make it there this morning. I had to slow my running back down, but I should be speeding back up in the next week or so. For now I am just concentrating on being able to run two miles. Then maybe I will work more on speed. We'll just see what happens.

Yay for making it back! January is a great gloomy month to take advantage of those happy hormones running gives you. I was even smiling outside today as I was running in the foggy overcastness of today.
I hope the holidays did not totally de-rail anyone. They made this week my "catchup week" but I think I'm pretty much going to be back on track next week.
Which exercise classes did you say you were taking now?
