I took a walk to a park without playground equipment- just fields of grass. It was SO MUCH FUN! The girls and I just ran around, chasing balls, doing somersaults, etc. I found out I was much more flexible still than I had realized. I feel so refreshed- we're doing that again next week!

It's the jogging. I think it makes you more flexible. Did you do cart wheels? I want to go to that park now :(
Yeah, there was no one around, so I tried some gymnastics stuff I remember from when I was a kid. I wasn't too bad!
