Walking Tuesday

The weather was so nice, I just wanted to enjoy it. I opted for a walk (maybe I should have run with the stroller, but I was more in the mood to walk) with the kiddos in the stroller. I covered 4 miles in slightly less than an hour. Oddly enough, my buns are well not sore exactly, but I can feel that I worked them. I did end up running just a tad with the stroller because I was afraid that the older kids' bus would beat me home.

Someone told me walking burns just as many calories as jogging- just minus the cardio work. Although Logan thinks he knows everything and can't really back it up with any proof.

I don't know about a good workout, but I definitely enjoy the day more when I'm walking. I think with running you have to pay a bit more attention to your body, as opposed to walking when you can pay more attention to all the beauty of nature.
