Almost exactly. Five minutes on, five off, five on again. Went a little faster, so I covered 1.9 miles instead of 1.7. And for the first half of the first set, I bumped my tension up a notch. But I had to lower it because it was killing me.

I think the tension kills me worse than my butt, I'm still too chicken to use much tension on my exercise bike.
i need to just quit focusing on others and do my own thing. my husband, for example, cranks the tension as high as it will go, and happily bikes for 30-45 minutes goiong 50x as fast as me, and 100x as far. yes, no need to feel competative, (sp??), or inferior. no reason at all. i AM better looking, after all.
