10 minutes breast stroke, 10 minutes freestyle, 10 minutes back stroke, 5 minutes kick board. I did 2 laps of sprints, and that about did me in. So much more tired after this swim! I was also sore from the lawn mower repair too, so that might have been part of it. But, I did not feel sore on my incision at all. Yay!
Also- a little laundry, a little kitchen cleaning, and took all three kids to Wal-mart.

woohoo! you sound like you are feeling a little like your old energizer bunny self! and great workout! if it doesn't rain, john and i are gonna try to do laps at the local pool. ;)
