Monday Strength Workout + Running in Place 30 minutes

10 minutes arms, 10 minutes of abs (including 100 crunches), and 10 minutes of running in place.

Also- ended walking about 40 minutes on Sunday getting to and from the fireworks. Saturday-cleaned for a few hours.

I missed working out last week because I was sick. I hate being sick! I'm hoping to get back into running so I can stop getting sick all the time. Grrrrrrr.

No clue Renae. I just noticed that after I started running that I did no get the kids' colds anymore. Bonus!

john swears by this. anytime he gets a cold or whatever, the first thing he does is go running. he's adamant that it helps.
