Woot! I was oober super tired today. I told Erik I was running though, and I make it a point not to lie to my husband ;). Once again, I would like to get down to 30 minutes with running 2 3/4 mile. Then, next week, I hope to be able to run 3 miles in 30 minutes. After next week, I will go back to running twice a week though (and add swimming back into the mix).
Hey Renae! Wanna trade babysitting once a week again in the morning? It's getting dark really early now, and I'm kind of chicken to run in the dark. If you say no I will only cry a little.
