Abs, arms, legs. I got up to 140 crunches before I pooped out during the abs section. Not bad, still working on getting the abs stronger. I'm going to try and run the THIRD time on Saturday. Feeling good so far!

You really are so good about just keeping at it and diversifying! I REALLY need to do strength training. I'm just too busy / lazy? I don't know, but I'm getting flabby.
