I went to Zumba last night! I am very very sore. I was still aching from last Saturday, and now it's just so much worse, lol!
I also weighed in for the weight loss challenge, and I gained a pound and a half. Boo. So, I'm going to work really hard this week on my eating, and make an appt with my therapist.

If I'm really sore, I will put on water weight. It makes it harder to make myself workout really hard sometimes knowing I will weigh more the next day ;)
