Thursday- Strength/ Running in Place/ Stairs

I tried running stairs and I only made it 10 minutes! And, it was more like walking up stairs. My goal was ten minutes, so I guess that was good. I worked in some running in place and my standard strength too.

My mom is giving me an exercise bike from her basement today so I can mix it up some more this winter. And, if that bike sucks, Alisha is giving me hers old stationary bike. Yay!

stairs make me *shudder*. i just don't think my knees can handle it, lol!

Ha Ha! I'm winning you over! It may be boring, but it's a heck of a workout is it not? WTG!

Ooh, yeah Liz, it is LOTS of knees on the stairs. I think it will be good to strengthen my knees for running.

Yay for free bikes! I'm so glad to live in an area where I can workout outside during the winter! (just not the summer!)
