Strength workout- 30 minutes, exercise bike- 10 minutes, 10 minutes marching in place. Vigorous housekeeping mixed in (vacuuming and sweeping as fast as possible).
Also- laundry, kitchen cleaning, errand running.

That was the fun part! It was only 2-3 minute bursts mixed in with the workout, but I got some housework done and felt so much better!
