Wednesday Strength Workout/Running in Place/Marching in Place 1 hour

Strength workout- 35 minutes, running in place- 15 minutes, marching in place 10 minutes. My arms are getting so buff from all these strength workouts!

Plus- I baked two loaves of banana bread, and a dozen muffins.
