breast stroke- 15 minutes, freestyle- 20 minutes, back stroke- 15 minutes, kick board- 10 minutes. Good swim! I was doing so well on the freestyle I decided to keep it up for 20 minutes instead of 15.
Also- Monday I cleaned house for 3-4 hours along with baking. I just did not have time for working out with all the cleaning and such!

i thought we established that housecleaning is totally a work out in and of itself? so you worked out for 3-4 hours on monday! go you!
