Saturday

I ran 13 miles today without bonking, my hip is only a little sore. Also hiked up up up in Pere Marquette for about 45 minutes with the kids.

Urrrghh! I heard about the strep throat. Hope you get better soon! I think getting strep as an adult is much worse :P
