Thursday Strength Workout 35 minutes

5 minutes running in places, 30 minutes strength workout.

Also- 30 minutes of house cleaning.

5 minutes was the perfect amount of time though! Enough to get me some energy, but not enough to walk bent over the rest of the night.

i know i say this a lot, but i'm just in awe that you can do ANYTHING at eight months pregnant. timpani is the WOMAN!
