Strength workout- 25 minutes, 5 minutes running in place, 15 minutes vigorous housecleaning mixed with marching in place.
Plus- 2 hours of non-vigorous house cleaning/laundry and 45 minutes caulking the bath tub.

Caulking! Ha ha! The last time, I read it as "chalk" and I was wondering what the heck your kids could have possibly done to make it necessary to spend so much time cleaning chalk.
That would be a lot of chalk ;)
