Well, I over did it a little with the food yesterday, but I'm not terribly worried. I was hungry! According to the computer brain in the sky, my input did not exceed my output, so I'm calling it a wash. Besides, I went to bed feeling hungry, so that's got to count for something, right?
I just finished JM Ripped in 30 week 3. It's feeling slightly less horrific, but still quite rough.

dang it! it's only 2:30, and I only have enough calories to eat dinner left, and I AM HUNGRY!
eat fruit! eat a salad! i never count those because they don't have enough calories to matter. especially if you use low cal or fat free dressing. :D
salad, fresh veggies, sugar free pudding, fresh fruit (all filling, but have very few calories). Keep going lady! A few more days and you will feel less hungry!
