So explain to me how I can go for 10 weeks with little to no working out, and stay at 153, but the week I start working out again, I put on 5 lbs!
I did week two of Jillian today.
I'm so mad! 158!!!! Pissed off!

I mean really! Two pounds in ONE DAY! I feel like a pile of blubber!
water weight? day before your period? You can't really have put on that much weight in one day. Also, between early in the morning, and late at night I fluctuate 5 lbs.
