If you take out the warm ups and cool downs, it's still 45 minutes. WITH the warm up and cool down, it is 53 minutes. I'm counting it as a 50 minute workout since her warm ups are hard.
I was a little sore from Yoga so the upper body stuff was tough on this one today.
Also- took down Christmas and cleaned up pine needles for 1 1/2 hours.

Well, she doesn't know how to read a clock. Or she's a liar. Anyhow it's still a good workout.
