Hey ladies!
Yesterday I went to the pool with the family for an hour. Did several laps, and generally didn't stop moving the whole time, except to catch my breath.
Today, I did 15 minutes on the yoga ball. Definitely improving there. I need to give it more time slots in my week.

Love the yoga ball! Not very practical while pregnant though. You are doing awesome at the pool!
