Tuesday Swimming 55 minutes

Breast stroke- 10
freestyle-10
backstroke-10
freestyle-15
backstroke-5
kick board- 5 minutes

The 15 minutes of freestyle was mixing up freestyle sprint half laps with backstrokes (for rest on the way back and so I could keep moving the whole time).
